Vesta is the autoflowering hybrid variety created by Buddha Seeds between two well-known American and European strains.
WARNING: Hemp seeds are excluded from the legal notion of Cannabis, which means that they are not to be considered a narcotic substance (L. 412 of 1974, Art. 1, paragraph 1, lett. B; Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of New York of 1961 and table II of Ministerial Decree 27/7/1992). In Italy, the cultivation of hemp is prohibited (Articles 28 and 73 of Presidential Decree 309/90) unless a special authorisation is obtained (Article 17 of Presidential Decree 309/90). In the absence of authorisation, seeds may only be used for other purposes (zootechnical, collecting, etc.).
